Shipping Policy
Australia: We offer free standard shipping from A$150. For orders under A$150, a flat rate of A$12 is applicable. If you would like to opt for express shipping, express shipping rates ($21) will apply.
We dispatch all orders from Sydney, Australia and aim to ship them as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 12pm on a business day are dispatched the same day by 5pm. If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll try our best to accommodate.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Mon–Fri).

Change of mind returns
We offer returns for change of mind purchases within 30 days. For a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it i.e. in its original packaging. Please let us know from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return. It would make us sad but your satisfaction is our top priority.
You will need to cover the shipping fees (flat rate of $5) and any other fees incurred for fulfilment. The product will need to be returned via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Tazzy Tots will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. We will issue the refund to the amount of the product cost back to your original payment method.

Once approved, you can ship the product(s) back to us at the address provided.
Once we receive the product(s) and confirm they are in the original condition, we'll issue a refund back into your original payment method. While we aim to do this at the earliest, it may take up to 7 business days to issue a refund.
Faulty product
If you've received a faulty or defective product (which is unlikely as we manually inspect all our products before shipping), please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we'll take care of it. Please note, Tazzy Tots will assess whether a product is faulty. Any issues reported a month after purchase and/or use will not be considered as faulty.
Final note
If you’re returning an item that was part of a discount or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Refund Processing
Once we process a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund. If you haven't received your refund within the promised time frame, please contact your credit card company.
